A collection of early federal laws has just been added to the United States Code library on HeinOnline.

These laws represent the most complete collection of federal statute compilations pre-dating the U. S. Code, which began publication in 1926. The collection includes the first Richard Folwell compilation (1795-1814), the Bioren and Duane editions (1815), the Thomas Herty Digest (1800), and William Graydon’s Abridgement (1803).

You can browse the laws by title, coverage dates, volume number, Congress, or compiler. Click here to access the collection.
