Cybersecurity Regulation

On November 30, Professor David Thaw will present a research paper on the efficacy of cybersecurity regulation to the faculty of the Computer Science Department at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
 
Professor Thaw's research and scholarship examines the regulation of Internet and computing technologies, with specific focus on cybersecurity regulation and cybercrime. Prior to joining UConn, Thaw was a research associate at the University of Maryland Department of Computer Science and the Maryland Cybersecurity Center. He also practiced cybersecurity and privacy regulatory law at Hogan Lovells (formerly Hogan & Hartson) and was previously a postdoctoral fellow at Yale Law School
