CNOA Recognizes Graduate
The California Narcotics Officers' Association (CNOA) has recognized Mary-Ellen Barrett '88 as statewide prosecutor of the year. CNOA is the largest non-profit training organization with over 7,000 membership. The award seeks to identify, recognize and honor prosecutors who are committed to strong enforcement and prosecution of narcotic laws. Barrett was recognized on the basis of her long-standing record of prosecution of offenders including the protection of drug-endangered children.
