It appears that a major redesign of Westlaw's research interface is on the horizon. Check out their teaser web site.
Given our recent experience with simply changing our passwords to OnePass, this could be a bumpy ride. Though, ever the optimist, I hold out hope that this will bring improvements to the way researchers can navigate information in Westlaw. Their user interface hasn't substantially changed in over five years. Definitely time for a remodeling.
