Best Legal Blogs

The ABA Journal has published its second annual Blawg 100, a list of the 100 best legal blogs. Only blogs that have been updated at least weekly have been included, and a preference was given to blogs that broke more legal news stories in 2008 or made the most of social networking applications.

Categories include news and politics; technology; practice/career management; legal theory; and true crime. There are also blogs written by law students and blogs focused on particular locales. "Quirky" blogs include "BabyBarista," a fictional diary of a junior barrister at the English bar, and "That’s What She Said," which spots the potential litigation claims in every episode of The Office and estimates their possible value.
