bepress Legal Repository

The bepress Legal Repository is an electronic archive of scholarly articles which have been posted at the pre-publication stage, either in the form of working papers or papers that have recently been accepted for publication. This database is especially useful if you are researching a relatively new or recent issue for which there aren’t a lot of published materials available. The full text of most papers is available for downloading and printing in PDF format.

You can search for papers by keyword, author, subject area, institution, date, or publication title. You can also browse by subject area or institution, or bring up a list of the 10 most recent or 10 most popular publications. Another helpful feature is that abstracts are provided for the papers, so you can more easily identify relevant articles. Customized email alerts and RSS feeds are also available, allowing you to be notified of new research.
