Bad Faith and Beyond

On February 29, Professor Peter Siegelman will be a panelist at "Bad Faith and Beyond: A Conference on the Law of Claims Practices" at Rutgers School of Law, Camden.

Professor Siegelman is an economist whose research and teaching focus on discrimination, insurance, and contracts. Professor Siegelman holds his Ph.D. in Economics (1991) and his Master's in the Studies of Law (1997) from Yale University. He is a Phi Beta Kappa, high honors 1978 graduate of Swarthmore College.
