Asylum Law and Practice
On September 17, Professor Jon Bauer and William R. Davis Fellow Margaret Martin will address the American Immigration Lawyers' Association Connecticut Chapter in New Haven. Their remarks will focus on recent developments in asylum law and practice. They also will provide an overview of the work of the Law School's Asylum and Human Rights Clinic.
