ABA Litigation Podcast

The American Bar Association Section of Litigation has created a podcast called "Litigation Podcast: Tips and Tactics for the Practicing Trial Lawyer." Episodes provide practical tips and interviews with today’s leading trial attorneys, with new episodes added every other week. You can download them and listen to them on any MP3 player or on your computer, or subscribe through iTunes or a number of other online services.
