Rules and Guidelines

In order to ensure that all students are treated fairly and afforded equal opportunity, students must adhere to the Office of Career Services' rules. Specific rules and guidelines concern accuracy of resumes, the bidding procedure for on-campus interviews, the acceptance or rejection of employment offers, penalties for failing to cancel or attend interviews in accordance with Office of Career Services regulations, and other issues relevant to the job search process. Students receive specific information on these rules and regulations throughout their law school career as part of registration for on-campus interviews and participation in Career Services workshops and programs. Information concerning rules and guidelines also is available in hand-outs, brochures and publications in the Career Services Office.
