Room Reservations

Student groups needing space for an event on campus (inside or outside and excluding the Law Library) must reserve space at the Communications Center desk in Hosmer Hall. Student groups needing space for an event in the library must reserve space at the Reference Desk. The staff people at either desk will assist you in completing a Room Reservation Form.

The Public Safety Department must sign the Room Reservation Form if it is to be held after normal hours and/or large number of attendees are expected. The Public Safety Department will indicate the approximate amount that will be charged to the student organization for overtime pay.

The person at the Communication Center will process the Room Reservation and forward it to the associate dean's office, Chase 104, for final approval.
