  2. Type your name and LSAC account number on each page or electronic attachment?
  3. Electronically attach each required document, clearly labeled?

4.      Complete the top half of your College Certification form and ask your undergraduate degree-granting institution to complete the form and send it electronically to the University of Connecticut School of Law admissions office (admissions@law.uconn.edu)?

5.      Register with the Law School Data Assembly Service (LSDAS)?

6.      Have your college transcript(s) sent to LSDAS?

7.      Have at least two letters of recommendation sent to LSDAS?

8.      Submit your application no later than March 1, 2010?

9.      Submit your Application for Financial Assistance to the student finance office no later than March 1, 2010?

10.  Pay appropriate application fee or submit fee waiver documentation?
