Externship Information for Faculty
Our current system requires all students to have a faculty supervisor. The supervisor's role is to help the student reflect on their work experience and to insure that their experience is valuable. At the beginning of each semester, Professor Glickman will send a welcome letter to each placement supervisor. The purpose of the letter is to welcome the employer into the program, to remind them of their supervisory obligations, and to introduce them to the faculty member supervising their extern. At the end of the semester, faculty advisors are required to complete an evaluation.
