Summer Programs

Students interested in studying abroad at a time outside of the academic year are welcome to explore ABA approved summer programs at the American Bar Association: Foreign Study website.

There are additional resources on reserve in the library under “Summer Study Abroad.”

Students must be in the first three quintiles to be granted permission to take a summer abroad course, and no more than six credits are transferable to the Law School.  Additionally, prior to applying to a study abroad program at another university, students must first complete the online Request for Course Outside the School of Law form and get the approval of the Associate Dean.
