This course is designed to familiarize law students with a wide variety of core toxic tort cases. The various causes of action that can be pursued, and the problems associated with bringing, defending, and presenting a case to the jury will be explored. Tort law, basic civil procedure, evidence, and environmental law, among other areas of the law, will be examined.
