This is a clinic in which students work with the Clinic staff and other students on the preparation and presentation of criminal appeals and habeas corpus petitions for state inmates. Students prepare briefs and present oral argument in post-conviction criminal cases, usually in the Connecticut state court system. This course (along with LAW 627) must be taken both semesters.
