Is a seminar that provides an in-depth examination of issues of current interest in health law. Specific content varies, but there is a consistent emphasis on Connecticut law as a vehicle for exploring the regulation of health care practice, the formulation of policy related to issues in reproduction, and the formulation of policy related to end-of-life decision making. Prior course work, research, or experience in health law is recommended, but not required.
