Deals with problems of manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers of products alleged to have caused injury; the consumer and employee plaintiff distinguished; and how the principle of distributing costs applies to both classes of plaintiffs. Emphasis is on problems in design, warning and misuse with less attention paid to manufacturing defects.
