This course is a consideration of the law related to contracts for the sale of goods under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Subjects include the scope of Article 2, formation and interpretation of sales contracts, warranties, performance obligations of the parties and remedies for breach. Other topics, including the international convention on the sale of goods, may be addressed if time permits.
