Environmental Law

This course is an introduction to the legal problems involved in control of the environment. Topics include the role of legislative, administrative and executive bodies (local, state and federal) and judicial review of their actions, land and resource management, pollution control, and other related matters. The course also covers federal and state administrative procedures relevant to protecting the environment and intergovernmental problems of control.
